SpeakGlobal is a product of DSGNX INC., an Alberta corporation headquartered in Calgary, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how DSGNX INC. collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information, first under Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), then under additional laws that apply to users in other regions, including without limitation the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the United Kingdom GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Brazil Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA 2023), the Australia Privacy Act 1988, the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and any other privacy legislation relevant to the jurisdictions in which we operate or to which our users are subject.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under sixteen years of age. If such information is discovered, we will delete it promptly.
Your information may be processed outside your province, state, or country. DSGNX INC. uses Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, and other recognised safeguards to ensure that personal information transferred across borders receives a level of protection comparable to that required by Canadian law and other relevant legislation.
Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Voice Tokens are stored until you delete them or close your account. Routine backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
We employ Transport Layer Security for data in transit, server-side encryption for data at rest, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for administrative accounts, regular vulnerability scans, and independent penetration tests. Despite these efforts no system can be guaranteed completely secure; you acknowledge this residual risk.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority.

The Services may contain links to external sites not controlled by DSGNX INC. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those sites. We are not responsible for their data practices.
